The image above shows just three of my six creative samples inspired by the beautiful place in which I live, the Scottish Highlands. This therefore meant that I was inspired by landscapes and animals such as local birds and deer. As this was my first time weaving on a Dobby Loom I found that not only did my samples turn out better than expected, but that I also thoroughly enjoyed myself as the weeks developed due to weaving's relaxing, fluent charm, I definitely suggest giving it a shot!
